DiSC is a pseudo-scientific behaviour self-assessment tool. It is based on the 1928 DiSC emotional and behavioural theory of psychologist William Moulton Marston, which centred on four personality traits: Dominance, Inducement, Submission, and Compliance.
The DiSC model provides a common language people can use to better understand themselves and those they interact with and then use this knowledge to reduce conflict and improve working relationships.
